LOVE the new clothes. I admit that I'm not much of a fan of military-anything, but what you do with the fabric is drool-worthy.

I didn't realize how positively LARGE Bruce is!

Thanks Jilly. I am NOT a fan of military- as in, I oppose wars, hate violence towards others and disgusted by the environmental damage done through war. That arms-trade is the biggest business in the world is terrible. I hope one day there is so much surplus military clothing because there is NO wars.

Yep, Bruce is HUGE- 30kg worth of dog!

here here on wars and war clothing. But I'm in love with what you've done with those old army tents turned into pants - they look amazing.

Poppy- Thank you. I just love the durability of those heavy fabrics (they are nice to sew too!)
Shana- Hi there and thank you.
Jeane- Thank you- he IS a cute dog isn't he!!!
ELFI- Merci beaucoup! He makes a great assistant model. I may get him to model my jewellery but he doesn't get off is dog bed for less than 10,000 designer dog-treats a day.

As usual you have done it. I especially like the pants made from old tents and the shirt from Chinese fabric. Bruce is THE perfect fashion accessory. Black and white go with everything, at least that is what my Barney (border collie lab cross) tells me.

Great looks Don. And Bruce is the perfect accessory.

What is not to love! Esp love the raggedy thread seeming the pants and the loops on the pants. Same on the shirt, and the excess of buckles and snaps... the allusion to a watch band (perhaps) and maybe military "decoration" on the shoulders.

I am anti war, yet I do have army fatigue pants, an old army coat from someone who saw action and (used to own) a leather bomber from with some great wool collar and zip out lining... ruined in a flood. Lots of life in these materials, emotions too, and good content material for your art style.

enjoy your work.

Dotty- Thanks so much- my partner Denise (grrlandog) does a great job on the camera.
Mokosha- Thanks- I really like the cardigan too- and it was so hot to wear for the photos.
Elle- Thank you! Bruce goes with everything I own!
Seth- Thanks!
mansuetude-Thank you. It is the durability and the perfect functional features I love of old military gear. Yes, and sometimes the emotion (and suffering sometimes) of the pieces that is fascinating.
Jenny- Thanks so much- they WILL last a long time. A to the modeling- thank you, I actually enjoy it and it I suit my 'brand'.

Wow, I totally love the shirt! Just beautiful in its simplicity. The cardigan is also inspirational. Maybe someday I'll have the courage to work with knits.

The blue cardy is so versatile - and I am such a fan of the re-used army tent garments. Bruce, you are such a handsome model. -sus
