I think I may have a love affair with leather. This is what I have been up to in my leather-working studio...okay, okay...it's just my sewing studio with another table in it.
ribbon necklace
tangle necklace
disk necklace
double wrap belt
steel buckle wrap belt 2
wrap belt 2
necklace pouch
necklace pouch from old leather jacket
brass wrap belt with linen thread detailing
wrap belt
brass buckle belt
This really is my favourite material to work in.
At least this week.

Fabulous pieces Don.
You have been really creative! Leather is so versatile, isn't it? I particularly love the pouches

loving this! especially the leather necklace pouches. go you!
All great pieces, as usual. What a perfect time you have at work.
love!
I understand completely! A friend recently gifted me a box of leather hides. I finally dove in and discovered that leather is amazingly different from working with fabric, and in many ways much easier & more intuitive. Once you have the love, it's hard to shake. Great work!
So clean and modern!

You do such wonderful stuff, i'm thinking I will need to do a trip to Sydney to your next market to snap up a few pieces...
