Taking Off

Can't escape the lure of the sewing machine. My skills have seriously improved, my eye for quality fabrics keener.

The whole 'shebang' is coming together. It's all adding up to a 'look'. My look.

This is what I like to wear. I make it for guys like me. Simple as that.

Well made, neutral tones, solid colours. Casual gets a makeover.

May even sell some too.

Draped wool jersey hoodie, drop-crotch coated denim pants, t-shirts, blue denim garrison cap, found object jewellery.

Such a great look. Your workmanship is wonderful... what I love the most is that it could be worn anywhere to do most anything and you would look like only you do. Bravo.

What everyone else said. You do an amazing job with these edgy, alternative looks.

Is that the same pair of pants in the last photo, just hiked up? I love the more fitted look with the draping below the knees.

azirca said...

Okay... you rock!
Hope that you paid your awesome stylist and photographer well ;)

Thanks all for the kind words.

Tanit-Isis you are viewing another pair there in that last photo- a variation of a Pattern Magic pattern.

More to come soon!

Pretty cool, my huzby would never go for it. I might steal elements of your look for myself, though.

Isn't it lovely when you start to feel like everything is firing on all cylinders sewing-wise? It's a heady feeling of power...
